Her background includes a Bachelor of Architecture Degree, which comes along with her ability to provide service in English, Ukrainian and Russian, and this is of great benefit to her customers and clients. Olga Martchenko trained and qualified as an architect in her native Ukraine before immigrating to Canada. She has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1996, real estate broker since 1999 and mortgage agent since 2009.
In her first year in real estate industry Olga was awarded the prestigious President's Gold Award which is reserved for salespeople who are in the top 10% of their markets. Olga is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.
